Delete Your ImbizoHub Account

If you no longer want to use ImbizoHub, you can request that your account and associated data be deleted. This page explains how.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@imbizohub.com from the email address registered on your ImbizoHub account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered email address or phone number so we can locate your account.
We will confirm your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Your saved listings, messages, and in-app activity
- Your saved location data
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period after deletion, where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:
- Records of completed transactions and commission payments, retained for up to 12 months for financial record-keeping
- Information needed to resolve any open disputes, refund requests, or investigations at the time of your deletion request
This retained data is kept securely and is not used for any other purpose.
